His enthusiasm and attention to detail help make him an excellent CSR. Plus being young, he knows how to help people with the Allstate App and other online services.

    Sara holds her Masters in Education. She has lived in the area her entire life and is very active in the community. You may have seen her volunteering in Santa's Cottage or driving Santa in the parade. She loves to help people, and this is the kind of person that takes Customer Service above and beyond the minimum needs. Offering to take medicine to our elderly who were stranded during the floods, making calls to help customers with confusing situations and always checking to help see customers are not paying too much.     Jade earned her Property and Casualty license in 2008. She worked in the agency while earning her college degree. In addition to her many years of insurance experience, she worked as a Social Worker in Steuben County for 5 years. Helping people solve problems and find answers to their questions is a huge part of what she has learned to do. Many long-term customers remember coming in the office on Saturdays and being greeted by an elementary aged Jade. Now she is grown with children of her own. When you stop in to see her or call for help, she can review your policies for discounts and the proper coverages.
